Welcome to The Vidella. We like to think we are quite unique in Blackpool. We are large enough to offer facilities such as our highly rated Cascades Restaurant and our extensive cocktail bar with over 80 cocktails. Yet, with 29 rooms we are small enough to deliver that extra personal touch to our service. We are dedicated to creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which is equally important whether you are here to have a fun time in Blackpool or here on business.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Rooms are not reserved until a deposit is received.
No reduction will be made for meals booked but not taken nor for temporary absence from the Hotel during the period for which the accommodation has been booked. No refund will be made in respect of rooms vacated before the booked date of departure.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests property unless handed in for safe custody and the Hotels official receipt is given for the item(s).
Accounts must be paid on arrival.  If you wish to settle your account in full by cheque, please ensure cheque arrives at hotel 14 days prior to the to the commencement of your holiday.
The Proprietor (or a person acting as their agent) reserves the right to amend, curtail, or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person in that group cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of any other guest. Compensation may be claimed for any damages made to the hotel or the hotels fixtures, fittings or property.
All public areas in the hotel are smoke free. However, we do have a limited number of bedrooms where smoking is permitted. Individual preferences cannot be guaranteed. Smoking in a non-smoking room could incur a cleaning charge up to 50.
We reserve the right to ask for a returnable bond of 30 per person for party bookings.
Failure of settlement of any owing balances, charges, compensation or any other fees detailed above will result in the commencement of court proceedings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation the previous day or on the arrival day incurs a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking. Cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date incurs a cancellation fee of 100% of the first nights tariff; within 28 days incurs a fee of 50%; and more than 28 days incurs an administration fee of 30. To confirm a cancellation, a cancellation code will be issued to you as prove of cancellation.
We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover the costs of cancellation charges, in particular when deposits are larger, ie at Christmas, New Year, and larger bookings.
